Is that gamePile Driver similar to
Rampage Wrestling:
That game to abandan ware.
But has all wrestlers ever known.
While its old, but one can add on to the data.
And group a set of wrestlers to form a league.
Making them bad or good guys.
Have managers that give you instructions to do diry tricks.
pitting Nick Bullwinkle vs Jesse the Body Ventura, full stuff.
Tag teams of the Road Worries vs Bruser and the Crusher.
Now that match up I loved to paid for.
It was the tag team of Hawk and Animal , wkho were to be the next AWA
Bruiser and Crusher.
I got back in wrestleing Hulk defeated the Iron Shiek.
But got the hell out when the WEF used Clowns as Wrestling stars.
By that time WCW was very strong with wrestlers's fled the WEF, to not be
exposed during the Fed crack down on juicing.
That pretty much kille it for me.
And seeing my favs like SuperStar Grayom needed up being crippled by the
stuff.
And promoters out of their minds with stunt wrestlers jumpout from the
celling and splatting on the floor.
But for me I loving the 2 ears of Golden times of wrestling during my time
70-90's.
I can do this by visiting Youtube.
Here is one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BO1k4AceMU0
Even Jesse is even is political back then, having the the suits be forced
to do somthing.
Smiles, more Jess interviews,, pretty much the same calling the big wigs out
and looking for conspiracies.
And plenty of razor cutting blood smearing, action there on youtube.
And a lot of head banging out there too, when the fix is not on, and the 2
guys do really hate each others guts.
I am considering n Jaws scripting the game.
It appears to b e more stable then its counter part Stock Car Racing game by
Mink.
But after all these programs were built as college projects back in the
90's.
Although the INdy Car racing game is a better version of the Stock Race
reply racing game, they only have seasons for Indy racing.
I may go back with a different stgratigy in Jaws scripting the Stock Car
game.
I was dong a more direct approuch.
As the game don't like the mouse and its appears using Jaws will crash the
old dos game sooner or later.
Must times is during a race.
So, need to lock the Jaw from being used.
Any ideas, let me know.
Just freeze it a small area, not the answer.
But, Want may work is to build a shell around the program.
Then using sort of a view with the choices in the menu list box from a jaws
script.
There way the game in the back grouond and the menu system will hand the PC
Focus in the dos game.
While an operation is happening, more the mouse would be ignored.
Great for opening menu selections, but the real test would be to do the same
thing during a race where the game is handling over 40 cars in a 500 miles
race.
And b y saying in this window, the renaming of the hot key to turns Jaws
cursor, could be renamed, so out of habit, one may not hit the key.
And again, not the problem, the mouse port and old lang, will not allow the
old game to finish.
The Jaws scripts or running a program to disconnect the mouse may be the
simple answer and in fact I shold try to see if any software out there can
turn input and outdevices on or off.
Then import that in the scripts.
Jaws would not know the mouse been cut off, and would sound like it was
moving around, but in fact not moving at all, until the mouse off.
Well, as would it not be cool to really move the Mouse with your JAws.
Chasing your cat around the house with Jaw driving your mouise remotly.
With addons grabs me a beer.

Hi everyone,
I've got a real quick question for you wrestling fans. As many of you
might remember I've been working on a turn based wrestling game
similar to the old Piledriver game for Dos accept my version uses a
more up to date database of superstars from the WWE, including both
male and female performers, as well as some sounds and music. Plus it
is cross-platform and runs on both Windows and Linux operating
systems. Which brings me to my question.
As I am currently working on adding entrance theme music etc to the
game right now it is sometimes hard to decide on which entrance theme
music to use as the performers tend to frequently change their
entrance music on a regular basis. In most cases I'll simply use the
most current music if that particular performer is still signed to the
WWE. The problem is that there are a number of performers who have
quit the WWE and have signed with another promotion like TNA or Ring
of Honor.
For example, Mickie James was one of the most popular divas during her
run in the WWE and during her Diva's title reign. However, in 2010 she
quit the WWE and has been wrestling for TNA for the last couple of
years. I have something of a choice to make in a case like that.
Should I use the most current entrance music from the WWE, or should I
grab the entrance music from TNA to essentially bring the entrance
music completely up to date?
Which brings up another but interesting question. If you think I
should use the TNA entrance music should I then gear this game towards
a crossover game not focusing specifically on WWE, TNA, etc or Ring of
Honor but make this sort of an all star wrestling game with a huge
roster of WWE, Ring of Honor, and TNA performers?
If we do decide on a crossover type game I could in theory add a
little note beside each wrestler that this performer is currently
signed to Raw, Smackdown, TNA, etc. What do you think?
