That is, in a word, bizarre. I've never encountered that problem on any of my computers. Not even my newer laptop which has an AMD64 processor and Windows 7 on it. I've even run several of Jim Kitchens games on my Linux computers using Wine, the Windows emulator, without experiencing that issue.

He has turned his UAC off so I was told that should work. The games install fine. He doesn't get an error, just can't click on any menu options in Jim Kitchens Games, Top Speed 3 or River Raiders. He can play some games that are ones that do not require an install but those that we have installed so far, he can't go past the menu options because he cannot hit his enter key with any results. The game just sits there..
