Have you, by any chance tried another keyboard? I'm kind of
grabbing at straws here, and I don't really see how that would be
the problem, but it might be worth a shot.

Okay, I had him try to run the actual .exe file of a game in the
Program
Files X86 Jim Kitchensinc folder and he still cannot click on the
menu
options. He can arrow through them, but when he hits the enter
key, nothing
happens.
