His enter key works on everything else, such as games that don't need
installed and it works fine on the RS Games Client and Quinton's Playroom.
No problems with the keyboard on any of those games, so I don't think that
is the problem. To me, not that I really know this for sure because a lot of
this is over my head, but it just seems like he is missing something that is
needed. I have never heard of this happening before though.

Have you, by any chance tried another keyboard? I'm kind of

Okay, I had him try to run the actual .exe file of a game in the
Program
Files X86 Jim Kitchensinc folder and he still cannot click on the
menu
options. He can arrow through them, but when he hits the enter
key, nothing
happens.
