Hi, To pick up a crate you just walk over it and it will say you picked up 1 crate. You can collect multiple crates before dropping them off. To drop off any crates you have collected, just enter the trailer and press the enter key.
To kill someone off takes a bit of practice. I have never done it, so don't really know how. But it involves letting a zombie or two get close enough to follow you into the trailer. There, hopefully it will attack the other person. It also might involve running past them to leave them and the other person inside the trailer. But then you have to be sure the person is really inside the trailer.
