Smile. There is an easy fix for that. press Windows+r, and when the run
dialog comes up type this command
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
into the run dialog and press enter. Now, select the 32-bit voice you
want set as your default on Win 7.

have others installed. I was able to switch voices when I was using an
XP machine, but I can't now that I am using a windows 7, 64 bit machine.
