Hi Dark,
Actually, they usually do work but you have to use the 32-bit Sapi
settings dialog which isn't available from the standard control panel.
Instead you have to launch the Sapi settings manually from the run
dialog and then you can configure the 32-bit voices under Windows 7 for
games and other apps.
