Hi Scott and Lori, Some things to ask to help track down the problem.
Lori, What screen reader are you using? Lori, If you are using another screen reader than SAPI, have you tried changing to that and see if it makes a difference? Lori, do you receive whispers ok? Or are they also not working properly? Also, from what are you copying from? Notepad? the chat log? And since the first 3 characters are a slash, a w, and a space, it is quite puzzling. A very strange one indeed.
