It doesn't seem like this should be possible, but I guess it must be.  If this 
problem is still happening then Lori should get in contact with me through 
Skype or something so I can monitor the data transfer while she sends messages. 
 It's the only way I can determine if the problem is on her end or something 
going wrong after her message goes through the server.
