Hi Nicol, Alright now take a look in your Windows system directories and confirm msoecmd32.dll is missing. If it is missing goto http://www.dllfilesdown.com/dll/msoecmd32_dll_9313.html and download the dll file, put it in your c:\Windows\Syswo64 directory if you are running 64-bit Windows and register it.
If the file is there, but not working it could be a registry entry error. Simply unregistering and reregistering the msoecmd32.dll file via the command prompt should fix it. Cheers!
