Hey, I do agree with both Thomas and Dark.
People have been fooling people for many of years on the issue of spirits and hauntings and other stuff in that nature.
I myself do believe in the paranormal things.
Now to speak on the Ouija for the blind, the way someone could make a accessible board is have all the words from the dictionary.
The board could be set up to answer questions and make statements.
For exsample: You may ask, Is someone here?
You can get the answer, Yes.
Then you can talk to it and with it having all the letters A to Z and 0 to 9, it would give the effect of someone speaking to the dead.
I think that people will be suprise when they ask or talk to it.
The board could act on the tone of the person voice.
These are just some thoughts.
The other thing is that it can be for one or more players, so if there is only one person who wants to play with it then they won't have to have a second person.
