I finally found our disk but haven't had the time to install it once again.

There is no Realspeak voice named Mike. The disc that shipped with
Jaws and Open book included Daniel, Emily, Lee, Caren, Samantha, Jill,
Tom, and a couple Spanish voices. Perhaps you are thinking of
Realspeak Tom? :D
