[Audyssey] Game companies.

Hey, I would like to ask those of you that are owners of the different 
game companies a question.
The question is: When having your own game company like for exsample 
pcsgames, do you have to have a business license?
I was told that even though I am doing a home company that developed 
things for the blind I would have to get a business license.
