Hi, Not only that as I said in my prior e-mail a person needs a business license in order to file taxes. I know once USA Games begins taking off selling games I don't want to have to file the company's income on my personal taxes and want that handled separately since it is a separate tax entity. I can buy software, updated computers, sound effects, and have some of that knocked off my company's taxes as operating expenses which it is. If I try to claim the new computer I purchased is a business expense without a recognized business the IRS is probably less likely to take my word for it.
