Thanks, that makes a lot more sense.

Looking at the rules, I'm actually surprised that nobody has coded a straight up board game version of this, sinse everything is there, and it would be far quicker if the computer did all the enemy moving etc than having to constantly reedit a text document sent betwene the players which seems a little long winded to me.

It's a little ironic sinse earlier I remember Travis asking for suggestions for a board game he could make in audio, and I suggested a fantasy one without any idea that Michael had already! created a very comprehensive set of rules for a fantasy board game.

Perhaps this is a project someone could undertake in addition to Ryan's side scrolling version which will obviously be a much different game, sinse myself I'd like to see both iterations, indeed just as the side scroller could expand once it was programmed, so might the board game sinse the ability to have the computer manage movements of enemies and such would allow for far more potential variation.

Beware the grue!
