Hi Shadow, Those files are from a public domain version of dungeons and dragons releaced a few years ago with all copyrighted material removed. It says at the top Open Game Content. I think What they removed is the ways to set up your character and the dice rool charts to run them. it is at Revised (v.3.5)System Reference Document http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/article/srd35
