On FC4 it seems to be apr-0.9.6 Under Debian the version number seems to match whichever version of apache it was pulled from, so in sarge this is 2.0.54, but it looks to be libapr 0.9.6. In sid it's 0.9.7. My tests with the sid version of libapr dynamically linked into gmetad didn't show up any issues.
