I noticed one of my nfs partitions mounted as 'hard' that I have on my linux
machine stalled out, i.e. running 'df' by itself won't complete. The gmond
on just this machine in the ganglia cluster flaked out as well, at about the
same time the nfs mount point started acting up. In the ganglia web reports
this particular gmond host is showing as down, even though the gmond process
still runs ok. Even after I reload it, the gmond looks responsive in terms
of the debug output it shows, so I was expecting the webreport listing to
show it as being in an 'up' state. Could it be a bug/feature/problem related
to the mount points?
