It could be nice to have the option to suply "max" values so any data
bigger than that max get discarded :-) for specific metric offcourse :-)

Well rhel4u7 kernel should fix the issue because it contain a backported
version of the updated driver

I haven't test it yet and I will very glad if Ibar can test it :-)
I am not allow to update the kernel grid wide and is difficult to spot
this problem in just one node :-(
if I update the kernel in just one node and don see any more peaks I
will not be able to know if it is because it fix the problem or just
lucky the collection don't hit the right momment :-)

The Developer kindly sent me a patch to try to fix the peak for BCM5706
in rhel4 (rhel3 kernel 2.4 do not have that problem in the same
hardware)
