Hello

Our Ganglia master is having trouble with its web frontend.
Periodically, it stops writing any new RRDs and prints this message on
syslog:

May  6 15:27:43 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmetad[13592]: server_thread()
-1324196960 unable to write root epilog
May  6 15:28:53 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmetad[13592]: server_thread()

May  6 15:32:18 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmetad[13592]: server_thread()
-1366156384 unable to write root epilog

We were using 3.0.4.fc5, so I tried updating to 3.1.2 to see if it fixes
the problem. Now in addition, we are getting these messages on gmond startup

May  6 15:19:40 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmond[13656]: Unable to find the
metric information for 'disk_free'. Possible that the module has not
been loaded.
May  6 15:19:40 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmond[13656]: Unable to find the
metric information for 'part_max_used'. Possible that the module has not
been loaded.
May  6 15:19:40 ind06 /opt/ganglia/sbin/gmond[13656]: Unable to find the
metric information for 'pkts_in'. Possible that the module has not been
loaded.

Can anyone offer suggestions on either issue? We are using Fedora Core 5
x86, Python 2.4, and PHP5. Gmetad issue is more urgent.
