I've been working on this, but the report is not ready yet. It is not part of the specification; it is a separate document. I'll release it this weekend, if I find time to finish it. Also, I'm missing some pieces, like SCL documentation. I have just requested it. If someone in the mailing list has some connection with Scieneer, and can help me get access to the documentation, that would be really appreciated.
