One of the smoothest recoveries I've ever seen, boss. Nice job. As a pubic admin (retired) I supervised or contracted with many Event Managers to plan state and national conferences. It's a tough professional who can coordinate 1,000 attendees in several hotels and meeting venues, registration, keynote and general session speakers, some of whom need security procedures, travel logistics, etc. They earn good money at that level.
