At the time, he was asking for the UF job and we refused to even interview him. Had he left UF for USC, I could agree. But he left for the NFL at a time when he had a severe rift with Foley. The NFL didn't work out, our position comes open, he hopes to have the job back but it already been promised to Urban (despite our claims that we were going to interview minority candidates - remember that?). He then takes the USC job. To me, that was about as threatening as taking the Vandy job.
