To his credit, CWM has exceeded my expectations and if he can survive the "noise in the system" that is prevalent at UF, he does have the making of becoming a great HBC. He appears to be doing an outstanding job of recruiting and perhaps building solidarity in his staff. But, there will be more times like this where he will not be ready yet himself to lead his team into the elite, big time National stage. I am pulling for him to keep it up and grow up super fast.
