I'm really liking this pick the more that I read about him. I think a lot of us just didn't know much about him and we're hoping for a bigger name and more proven coach. There's not a guy that fits that bill outside of Chip Kelly and he's not coming. I like McElwain the more I read about him. Let's get this done and get ready for some high flying offense!!!!
