Frankly, unless one of the highly-unlikely "sexy" hires would have happened, this is really one of the best things possible, IMHO. I was temporarily in the Freeze camp (because I thought he would secure/retain some of the high-star recruits both UF and OM are fighting for) but the more I thought about him, the happier I was he's staying where he is.
