VPN had priority over the DHCP server in this release.

The DHCP server and the VPN will most certainly not co-exist on the 
floppy disk version of GNAT Box, (there simply is no more space 
left).  As for the GB-100 the DHCP server will have no problem 
fitting on it.  We have a project in the works investigating the 
future direction of the software only version of GNAT Box.
