Well, basically you should check that NIC's start properly. I have quirky
SMC card myself that has to be tricked to start in GNATbox. System found it
OK, but it gave me messages that the card is unreachable when GNATbox was
starting the network. Check the hardware report for any anomalies. By the
way what do you mean with local IP of 0.0.0.0?
