Well, I answered my own question - just had to keep guessing.
Baud rate: 38400
databits/stopbits/parity: 8/1/none
flow control: cts/rts
Hope this info helps anyone else who might want to use the serial console.

Ok, one last question on this one (I hope). What are the settings for the
serial connect? Baud rate, data bits, stop bits, flow control, etc.
The standard 9600/8/N/1 doesn't seem to work. I'm getting into the box,
but just garbage on the terminal...
