The GNAT Box will route the traffic (assuming that you set the IP Passthrough filters correctly), but if you are talking about Windows hosts, then you will need to configure WINS if you want NETBIOS name resolution between your networks. (If you don't have NETBIOS name resolution, then you will have to enter something like \\192.168.1.10\SharedFolder when you map a printer or a shared folder between the two Protected LANs).
You will also need to set up IP Passthrough filters to allow traffic between the two Protected LANs.
