I have also noticed this on our GB-Flash unit. About Once every month or two we have to reboot the unit to get it to start querying the Black lists again.
I'm about ready to convert the Email proxying services to a separate box and not let the GnatBox perform this service. The all-in-one approach has been nice, but I don't want to have to reboot the thing this often. Previous releases of the software didn't seem to exhibit this type of loss of service. After beating my head against the wall for hours trying to figure out why (I knew that BL's were working, because I could query them manually using nslookup), I gave up and rebooted the GNAT Box. They've been working fine since then.
