    ada: Fix documentation on Junk names
    
    After the last change on the list of junk names, the documentation was
    not modified.
    
    gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
    
            * doc/gnat_rm/implementation_defined_pragmas.rst: Update
            the list of junk names.
            * doc/gnat_ugn/building_executable_programs_with_gnat.rst:
            Likewise.
            * gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
            * gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.
