    ifcvt: cond zero arith: factor out common noce_emit_czero emit calls [NFC]
    
    The ultimate goal is to replace noce_emit_czero () with a different helper
    which allows more conditions to be handled.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * ifcvt.cc (noce_try_cond_zero_arith): Refactor.
