[gcc r17-5329] range-op: avoid copying the bounds in operator_div::wi_fold

    range-op: avoid copying the bounds in operator_div::wi_fold
    
    operator_div::wi_fold copied its four const-reference bound parameters
    into locals only to give them clearer names.  Give the parameters those
    names instead and drop the copies; no functional change.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * range-op.cc (operator_div::wi_fold): Rename the bound
            parameters to dividend_min, dividend_max, divisor_min and
            divisor_max, and remove the local copies.
