I think that's a compelling reason to keep it at "no ads".  We've got
enough stress just developing gcc; we don't need the extra stress of
corporate pressure to act against our fellow developers.  The
existence of the FSF jobs list mitigates any remaining reason why we'd
want to have our own recruiting.

Thus, I vote with Jeff.
