MELT plugin will materialize. And yes, Janis got it right.
I understood that I should not create a new branch for MELT as a plugin.
So I won't, and the pluginification of MELT becomes less a priority for
me (at least for the moment; it might change in 2010.).
Honestly, I was surprised by the reactions to my email. Very probably a
cultural problem, or perhaps a different perception of why plugins could
be useful inside GCC.
