As I said previously, the packages you get from Debian will be exactly right; and although I use Unstable, I confirmed Etch just recently. There's certainly no need for "older stuff" nor worrying about what GNU carries, follow the instructions here and the packages required: http://www.riscos.info/index.php/Using_GCCSDK If you haven't installed a tool, the build will in fact prompt you. I do wonder if you're trying to build the old 3.4.6 and using the cross compiler with that. It's likely that that will no longer work, at least without some maintenance work. -- Peter Naulls - [EMAIL PROTECTED] | http://www.chocky.org/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- RISC OS Community Wiki - add your own content | http://www.riscos.info/ _______________________________________________ GCCSDK mailing list [email protected] Bugzilla: http://www.riscos.info/bugzilla/index.cgi List Info: http://www.riscos.info/mailman/listinfo/gcc Main Page: http://www.riscos.info/index.php/GCCSDK
