I was talking about the Firefox homepage with which Firefox starts up.

I have tried now if I was able to get Firefox rev6 to work on another 
A9 with HD; this was possible as before, so it is likely that the 
machine with CF-card has other reasons not to work together with 
Firefox. I got a reaction from another A9 user that had been working 
with Firefox for 4 months using a Cf card. That CFcard got permanently 
damaged after that period.
I will research further for a possible reason for my problem.
