and my system is only 4.6.0. When running against a fresh compiled proj
4.6.1, the test passes.
Interesting. I hadn't realized that lat_0 was new in the eqc projection.
I wonder if Gerald will want to incorporate this addition into libproj4.
None of these is an RC breaker so far in my opinion. But Ivan also made
a significant change in georaster support that might justify a new RC.
