Conda builds on github seem to be failing because of this:
yep this is a known issue until
https://github.com/conda-forge/gdal-feedstock/pull/629 is ready for merge
Note that those CI Conda based builds were also occasionally broken
before, sometimes for mysterious reasons (at least to me).
