I will probably not issue a new RC just because of that as those files
aren't used by the code, so this will probably be only in 3.7.1

that the files gfs.xsd and gml_registry.xsd were mentioned in the news
but not copied to /usr/share/lib/gdal
Also the filename is ogrinfo_output.schema.json and not
ogrinfo_output.json.schema as it says in the news.
