No, that Crossobamon is most certainly a Crossobamon orientalis.  There is a 
form of Crossobamon orientalis with Stenodactylus chracateristics going 
around.  Many are calling these Stenodactylus doriae.  I personally feel 
these are incorrectly identified.  S. doriae has an extremely triangular 
snount.  I have seen very excellent photos of these animals, unfortuneatly 
these are not on any site.  True S. doriae is rather rare in this country 
(USA) from what I know.  These crossobamon also have been called S. petrii.  
True petrii have a nice reticulated pattern, the ones pictured in that 
Reptiles issue a month or two ago are petrii.  Crossobamon are characterized 
by those black or brown lateral stripes running down the side of them.  Right 
now I am keeping that species.  That is the best way.  Keep them like a 
Teratoscincus.  I spray them done indvidually each night, not the whole cage.
