Hi Matt, Most breeders know knob-tails are very shy. I got mine from Casey Lazik as hatchlings. He told me to feed them only 2-3 crickets at a time or they would get all flustered. They do seem to be easily overwhelmed by too many food items. They are cute gex but such chickens!
