Depending on where you live. Livestock feed stores sell a mineral
supplement
called "ground limestone" which is CaCO3 (calcium caronate) in 50 lb
sacks for $3 US. That is what I use for the Leos, and I they have been
around this place for a number of years w/o any problem living on it.
