It sounds like the same thing that happened with my female henkel and
fimbriatus. If it is, then it's a lack of calcium. The vet said to give them
some liquid calcium (can't remember what it's called in the U.S.). To be safe,
mix  up a paste of the liquid with a bit of calcium/D3 powder and offer it on a
spoon. Make sure they get a bit of D3 every time the first week. They licked up
all I gave them, every day for a week, after that it was every other day for a
month. After the first week, only add the D3 once a week. I'd see if she takes
calcium orally for now, but get her to a vet as well, see how her overall
calcium levels are. Definitely get her some calcium, since it sounds like it.
Even make a paste of the Ca/D3 powder with water or fruit juice, if you don't
have the liquid handy.

Is this the female that's laid 8 eggs in the last few months? If so, chances are
it's calcium related.
