I've had crickets eat geckos from the outside, but never anything burrow out
of the digestive system from the inside (except some rather cool parasitic
worms in a frog from Africa once).
What do insectivorous herps eat in the wild again?
I've seen films of various lizards eating deadly centipedes and scorpions in
the wild. I don't think Flukers should start selling those by the pound
though. ;-)
