Well, I have a catalog that sells generators and they have some smaller
units listed as:
"Compact portable generator is powered by quiet running 4-cycle 3HP
Briggs & Stratton engine" Goes on to say: "Has full side panels to muffle
noise and rubber feet to cut down on vibration".
Now of course "quite" is a relative term. Wish they listed noise in
decibels, would help to give an idea at least.
Perhaps building a small baffled enclosure for it outdoors could help.
Something I'll have to look into. Appreciate any advice/opinions from
others.
