Hi Troy,
Hopefully someone near you will post that they have some leopards in
your hometown. Shipping three hours away is at minimum three hours in a
truck, so "local" shipping may be somewhat tougher on the gex than
overnighting them USPS in many cases. As long as your breeder lives near
an airport in the continental USA, trucking time is probably shorter
that going local shipping - usually by noon the next day. To clarify,
gex have a short ride to the airport, short transfer times at airports,
sit in heated buildings there if at all, and then are trucked a short
distance from the destination airport to your local post
office/distribution post office if you live in a larger city (small or
rural town adds more time in truck from distribution post office).
Finally gex are out for delivery early the next day in the larger towns,
second day in the "sticks." You can check out exact delivery guarantee
times by calling 1800-222-1811, have the two zip codes ready.
