Hi I am new to the list. I just got my first
leopard gecko's. A pair of patternless that I think are beautiful. I bought them
3 days ago and they still have not eaten. They are 7 & 8 months old and look
to be very healthy. My cage set-up consists of a 20 gal tank, calci-sand, humid
box, hide box, small dish of calcium, small dish of water replaced every day.My
lights are on from 7 to 7 and I try to feed at 8.Under the light my temp is
90 and in the low 80's at the other end. At night it reaches a low of 75. I
have not been able to get in touch with the seller to find out what
time he normally fed at, and if he bowl fed or free ranged. I have kept chams
and an iguana for the last 5 years so am not new to reptiles.I have done
much research before the purchase but can't recall anything on not eating. When
should I start to really worry and does anyone recommend something like force
feeding vita life after a certain time. I realize they are probably still a
little stressed from the move but I can't help worry a little. Any help would be
appreciated, and if anyone can see anything wrong with my set-up please suggest
alternatives.
Thanks Sean
