Hello all
I took my sick leo to the vet yesterday to be de-wormed. They gave ger
Panacur and Flagyl.
He is also having me force feed her from a syringe with a long rubber tube
on the end so she doesn't hurt her jaw. He gave me some kind of
canine/feline food called AD to dilute 50/50 with water. I am to also give
her crix if she wants to eat them. she has lost about 20 g.
Has anyone ever fed dog food to their herps? He also suggested to gutload
the crix with crushed up dog kibble??? His thoughts being that we know the
nutritional value of dog food but no one knows what is in that cricket food
stuff. Of course if Im feediing the crix fruit and veggies, I guess I know
the nutritional value of those.
This morning she had very waterey stool, but she did have a belly full of
liquid food and meds. She took her "breakfast" fine today and I will try
some crix tonight after work.
